Azurity Solutions Patient Direct offers a simple, 1-step enrollment process to save money on prescription medications that are conveniently delivered directly to your patients.
Azurity Solutions Patient Direct is a cash payment only program, available for all patients, including uninsured patients and patients 65 years of age and older, who are not utilizing a Medicare benefit. Azurity Solutions Patient Direct does not accept insurance, including Medicare Part-D, Medicaid, any other Federal insurance programs or private insurance. Please complete the free enrollment accordingly.
There are 2 easy steps: 1) You or your patient sends their prescription to Truax Patient Services electronically, by mail, or via fax. 2) Their medication is delivered to their door. They can call 844-289-3981 to inquire about their prescription.

Yes. Insurance is not required to participate in Azurity Solutions Patient Direct.
Once we receive the prescription, a patient’s order will be processed and handled by the registered pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians at Truax Patient Services. Their medication will be shipped directly to their home as soon as order processing is complete. This typically takes no longer than 7-10 business days. Standard shipping costs may apply.
With the initial order, they should receive their medication 7-10 days after enrolling in Azurity Solutions Patient Direct as long as no order issues exist. For a refill, their order should ship within 1-2 business days after it has been processed.
The easiest way is for patients to sign up to have their prescription refilled automatically. During the processing of their first prescription, they can let the Truax Patient Services representative know they would like the auto-refill option. Truax will call the prescribing provider for the refill prescription, if refills are required. If they do not initially indicate that they want their prescription refilled automatically, a form will arrive with their first order for them to fill out, sign, and return for the auto-refill option.
When patients choose automatic refills, their medication refill will be processed automatically according to how the prescription is written. If a prescription is required, Truax will call you as their prescribing provider for the refill prescription. Their medication will be automatically shipped to their home and the credit card on file will be charged. They may cancel this service at any time.
Once their order has been processed, they cannot cancel their order.
Medications cannot be returned for a refund. Medications returned to Truax Patient Services are not eligible for credit.
For an additional fee, Truax Patient Services can expedite a patient’s shipment.
The Azurity Solutions Patient Direct preferred method of payment is by credit card. The program accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks and money orders are accepted, alternatively.
Truax Patient Services complies with patient privacy regulations and requirements set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in all aspects of their business. Their staff is thoroughly trained on HIPAA, and there is strict monitoring in place to safeguard patients’ confidential information. There is a privacy policy available at customer request.
